To the best of our ability, Exel Solutions, INC. commits to conforming to the World Wide Web Consortium's (W3C) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at the Level AA standard.

These guidelines define how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide array of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.

This policy applies to all digital properties and platforms owned and managed by Exel Solutions, INC., including our corporate website.

Furthermore, we are committed to applying these accessibility principles in the custom ServiceNow applications, portals, and components we design and develop for our clients. We will advocate for accessible solutions and inform our clients of their accessibility responsibilities.

  • Development: Our developers will use best practices for accessible coding, including semantic HTML, ARIA (Accessible Rich Internet Applications) attributes where appropriate, and ensuring all functionality is operable through a keyboard.

  • Testing: We will conduct manual testing, including keyboard-only navigation and screen reader checks, in addition to using automated tools to identify and remediate accessibility issues.

  • Ongoing Education: As a small, agile team, we are committed to continuous learning and staying current with evolving accessibility standards and best practices.
